We provide search and rescue operations, focused on deploying advanced robotic systems in high-risk environments.
Through collaboration with industry partners, we leverage amphibious robotics capable of operating across water, mud, snow, and unstable terrain. Our systems are designed to collect critical data 24/7, support field operations, and remove personnel from dangerous conditions.
Our mission is to improve safety, efficiency, and decision making in the most challenging environments.
We support rescue teams with robotic systems built for hazardous, remote, and hard to access environments.
We collect real-time data without putting personnel at risk using remotely operated and autonomous systems.
We deploy sonar systems for underwater mapping, surveying, and situational awareness.
One key advantage is the ability to continue collecting data through the night, allowing rescue teams to review and analyze findings the following morning. If anomalies are detected during operation, we can send alerts and notifications directly to law enforcement or Search and Rescue teams in real time to support rapid response.
This system was originally adapted for northern and remote SAR work across Saskatchewan, where access, safety, and manpower are ongoing challenges. Much of the early interest came from northern and First Nations SAR groups looking for ways to continue searching safely when boats, divers, or volunteers were limited.
Our sonar and GPS plotting systems provide geo-mapping and geo-tags for all findings (as shown in the video). Any identified anomalies are precisely recorded and can be referenced back to exact locations within the search area. This allows us to quickly provide accurate coordinates and supporting data to all teams in a timely manner.
Navigate lakes, ponds, muskeg, and flooded environments with full control and vision
Move through deep mud and unstable ground without getting stuck
Operate reliably during the shoulder seasons, in freezing and low-traction conditions
Handle debris, soft ground, and unpredictable surfaces
Seamlessly transition to land for continuous operation
Perform in harsh, low visibility, including Heavy Fog and Smoke Conditions
We work in affiliation with MMKL Group and Copperstone Technologies, combining industry experience with advanced robotics to deliver reliable solutions in demanding environments across Canada.
We welcome the opportunity to connect with you and your team, either virtually or in person to discuss how MKC can integrate into your search and rescue operations.
